Kakak, she loves spaghetti. So far dia cuma makan yang bersos tomato sama minced-beef sahaja. I haven't tried yang guna cream tu.
Today dia tak nak makan nasi for lunch. Well, actually she had rice for breakfast already. So spaghetti then.
Bahan-bahan
3. 1/2 bottle pasta sauce - I used San Remo's as well.
4. 1/2 can mushroom
5. 3 garlic - slice thinly
6. Salt & sugar to taste
Cara-cara
- Panaskan sedikit minyak zaitun.
- Tumis bawang putih hingga naik baunya.
- Masukkan minced beef. Biarkan airnya keluar, didihkan sebentar.
- Masukkan pasta sauce. Didihkan sebentar.
- Masukkan pula mushroom, kacau rata.
- Perasakan dengan garam dan gula.
- Didihkan sedikit lagi.
- Ready to serve!

1. I personally prefer vermicelli type than the usual spaghetti. Lebih halus, lebih cepat dimasak.
2. I also personally prefer San Remo's pasta sauce than Prego. Prego is too masam to my liking. Jenuh nak adjust rasanya.
